Packed with optional facilities like direct feedback,apologetic and thanking messages.The best part is how it provides monthly growth reports which helps us to analyse the working and business flow.Overall,great experience!

Great piece of software and excellent customer service.

I have been using Bestosys software management for the last 2 years, and it gives me and my practice a very smooth work flow. I love the simplicity of its uses and its features, which is why I recommend it to a lot of my colleagues who are currently using the software.

This system is very rich in features and easy to use, the commitment from the company to help and fix issues is very good, this system needs few tweaks to be perfect, but those tweaks are on the nice to have side, honestly compared to other systems it is great.

After long years of practice in orthopaedics, I always wanted to track details about my patients. I also wanted to download patient's lab and imaging details in the computer. It has two ways of benefits. First I can know the clinical history of patients and with their permission I can take second opinion about their orthopaedic problems. I wanted to make my clinic Anamiwa Health and Wellness paperless yet patient friendly. I tried using many software companies until I was introduced with the BestoSys by my colleague Dr. Neil Pandey. I found the software user friendly. It not only reminds me appointments, but also send whatsapp messages to patients. I can also send case sheet to patient in their email or provide them hard copy. Since it is in cloud, I can access from anywhere. Technical persons in the company has been helpful teaching and training us tips to use the software. They have been developing new features and we will be able to introduce in our clinic soon. I highly recommend BestoSys Software.

I have started using Bestosys since a few months now , I really enjoy the forthcoming nature of the team who are ready to clarify the minutest of doubts. The software itself is designed very elaborately and with attention to detail.Biggest plus is they are a dedicated patient management system who will not grab your patient details to bombard the patients with other services like pharmacy etc like others.plus i have had experience with many patient management softwares and have finally settled down with themIn all I am looking forward to working with them.
